Prosperity Is Your Birthright.

Prosperity Is Your Birthright.

The going is pretty tough for most people in Ghana. With our economy in the woods, life has become a daily struggle. People are grappling with financial challenges arising from huge education bills, medical expenses, rent, loans from shylock money lenders and the banks with huge interest rates. The number of unemployed keeps growing as more workers are being laid off as a result of the water and energy crises that have hit the country and adversely affected businesses.

These challenges have created anxious days and sleepless nights for most people. When people go through such untold hardships, the tendency is for them to lose faith in themselves and in their God. They believe that success is not for them. And they ask, 'Is there a God who cares?' Will they ever prosper in this life?

If you are in this category and you are struggling without any end in sight, feeling despondent and hopeless, I want to assure that your challenges, your concerns and dreams are very much the concern of the truly living God.

God created you and he is very much interested in your total well-being. He wants you to succeed and prosper. The scriptures attest to this fact. In the book of Psalms 35:27, the word of God says, 'Let the Lord be magnified, who has pleasure in the prosperity of His servant.' What a comforting promise! We are destined to prosper according to our Creator. What is required of us is to magnify the Lord; we should give him all the honour and the glory for his unmerited favour, mercies and for his willingness to bless us with success and a life of peace, abundance and prosperity.

Do not suffer in silence. God is interested in your total welfare; make your complaints known to him. Most people think of prosperity only in terms of material things, but it goes beyond that to include your finances, family, marriage, career, health, relationships and many more.

God knows you from the inside out. He knows your strengths and weaknesses. He knows your imperfections in details. What is reassuring is the power in his hand to correct whatever has gone wrong in our lives.

If lack is appearing in any area of your life, lift up your head to the heavens and cry out to God who listens and is willing to intervene with a solution to your problem. Remember true prosperity comes with joy and no sorrow is added. The good Lord wants you to enjoy your prosperity in good health.

Do you want God to decorate your life with total success and prosperity? Then put your absolute trust in him. Believe in him and his power to solve your problems no matter how difficult and challenging they may be. God loves you the way you are. Don't put limits on what God can do in your life. When you are in a state of desperation or in troubled waters, pray fervently to God and he will manifest his power as a problem solving God. You will have access to his unmerited favour unconditionally. This can happen because of the love God has for you and his pleasure to clothe you with success and prosperity.

This will result in total recovery and restoration of whatever you lost including wasted years. You will sing praises and magnify the Lord for his goodness and love for you. You will give testimonies to honour God and encourage others.

In conclusion, if no one cares about you, God does. He's interested in your welfare and total well-being. He wants you to prosper and enjoy it in good health. Magnify the Lord for his unmerited favour and undying love for you and mankind in general. Be solidly connected to God in prayer and worship and it shall be well with you and good things will flow into your life. And above all, remember that prosperity is your birthright.
