Takoradi April 18, GNA - The Reverend Anthony Ocran of the Higgins African Methodist Episcopal Church, in Takoradi on Friday asked Christians to put their faith and trust in Jesus Christ when facing difficulties.
Preaching at a Good Friday service, he said Christians must not lose hope when going through hard times because Jesus, who is their Lord and saviour, suffered.
Rev Ocran said: We must be prepared to die with Jesus so that we could be with him after his resurrection.
He said dying with the Lord meant that Christians must be prepared to lay down their lives for Him and put their trust and hope in Him.
Rev Ocran said Christians must also obey His commandments and follow His steps as Peter did.
