Funeral Service for Komla Dumor on Saturday

A funeral service is scheduled to be held on Saturday, February 1, 2014 in London for the late British Broadcasting Corporation's World Service television presenter, Komla Dumor.

Mr Dumor died on Saturday, January 18, 2014 at his residence in the United Kingdom capital.

The funeral service is scheduled to be held at St Martin-in-the-Fields near Trafalgar Square at 11:00am.

It is expected to be attended by close friends of the late broadcaster and his colleagues at BBC.

Another – which is likely to be a state funeral – is expected to be held in Ghana after Saturday's ceremony in London.

Mr Dumor was survived by a wife - Kwansema Dumor - and three children.
