The Volta Association of Washington DC metro area, The Ewe church of America, The Universal Evangelical church, The E.P church, The Oasis of Living Waters ministries, The Ghanaian community, The Togolese community, and the Ewe community wish to announce the death of Mr. Frank Kalepe of Germantown Maryland. Frank died on September 19 2013. Frank Kalepe was one time the president of The Volta Association of Washington DC metro area.
