Birds for corporate leadership.....

Birds for corporate leadership.....

Corporate bosses must know the innate limitations/defects of people working in the corporate. If they do not know the inborn/innate limitations of the people, only the wrong results and blame game became the counter product, at the end of the day.

Scientists seldom use birds for space research or have failed when they did so. Later they have learned the 'constitutive' defect or limitation of birds that they cannot 'swallow' the food in space and can do so only in the gravitational zone.

In birds, the movement of the food from bill to the stomach occurs due only to gravity and such movement is passive in nature. If the birds are taken to space where there is not gravity, birds cannot eat their food.

Using 'aerial' animals like birds are presumably better suited for space research than terrestrial animals like monkey, dog or cat or rabbit. This would be the 'usual' thinking of the people. But science has proved the inborn limitation of the aerial animals - birds that they are not the right choice for space research.

The corporate leaders must understand the fact that 'inherent' limitations are different from the behavioural limitations of people. Unfortunately most corporate leaders never understand the 'constitutive' limitations of people. Without knowing such facts, they engage people wrongly. At the end of the day, they blame and prove such employees to be less competent and less capable.

Like how birds cannot swallow the food in a region where not gravity, these people also will have some limitations limiting their performances. The corporate has to understand the fact that inherent limitations of people are different from incapability. Limitations should not be interpreted or understood as 'incapability' or inefficiency.

The HR function must learn biology of birds and why they are not suitable for space research. The wonderful examples of nature, the corporate leaders and the HR function must learn in order to engage the people in right way.

Only from the right example, corporate leaders can easily understand the vast difference between some 'terms' otherwise appear 'same' or conveying same meaning. The HR function must function like 'scientists' in the corporate in knowing both the job/task and the inborn limitations of the employees. The failure is more often due the lack of proper understanding and wrong engagement of people and not due to the lack of commitment or incapability of the employees.

While defining the task and timeline, the people who are likely to be involved in the assignment has be defined and understood otherwise it would become like 'using' birds for space research.
