Officials of the Domestic Violence and Victims Support Unit (DOVVSU) of the police are still holding suspects arrested on Wednesday over their involvement in the bizarre forced marriage of a 13 year old girl at Ablekuma in Accra.
The 25-year-old man, who is the husband of the girl, the father and mother of the two girls are being held in Police custody for questioning.
Joy News sources say the Police could proceed to court next Wednesday if a clear case of forced marriage is established.
Joy News' Fred Smith, who was with the Police said the two sisters who are now fighting over the man have been separated from him and their parents.
He said though they are being held by the Police, they are not being held as suspects but as witness in ongoing investigation.
