The Supreme Court @ Destiny And Glory II

Feature Article The Supreme Court Destiny And Glory II
APR 22, 2013 LISTEN

God in His mercy has delivered the nation from the precipice of conflict, war, blood, pain and shame from His Throne of Mercy opening the door of Peace, Righteousness, Judgment and Justice for the settlement of Election 2012 Electoral Dispute in a peaceful and calm way at the Supreme Court.

To be sure, attempts were made to bedevil the judicial process with the invasion of the court with war songs, sticks, guns, provocations and riotous crowd. The heavy police presence was no threat to the crowd but thanks be to God, His merciful Hand and working power saved the situation and brought sanity and peace.

The efforts to threaten, hijack and direct the court have not ceased. We seize this opportunity in the name of God and Ghana, present and future generations to appeal to President Mahama, the Government, the Electoral Commission, the Lawyers and the Political Parties to do their utmost best to save the country from chaos, confusion and tragedy.

We pray that all parties will not and must not settle the electoral dispute, governance, sound, orderly and peaceful multi-party democratic arrangements with chaos and violence, guns and bombs, whatever the provocation, whoever the provocateur. Let us allow the court to proceed in peace and calm to uphold TRUTH, FREEDOM and JUSTICE, PEACE, RIGHTEOUSNESS, JOY and HOPE for the country and Africa.

In this respect, we humbly submit, reminding church, government and political parties, nation and people, international bodies and observers, foreign countries and their governments that sending the electoral dispute to the Supreme Court WAS NOT THE DOING OF THE PETITIONERS BUT THE DOING OF THE ELECTORAL COMMISSION supported by THE PEACE COUNCIL, and for obvious reasons the NDC, some church leaders and people of integrity. We must remember that the petitioners attempted to prevent the stalemate but this was resisted by the Electoral Commission.

Meanwhile, the NDC has gone forth to declare their stand in support of President Mahama and for that matter the Electoral Commission. By that open stand with President Mahama and thus the Electoral Commission, the NDC as a party CANNOT CLAIM INNOCENCE and NEUTRALITY to any suspected fraud, irregularities and anomalies in the election.

We should conclude and indeed must all conclude THAT THE ELECTORAL COMMISSION WAS DOUBLE SURE, FULLY CONVINCED and CONFIDENT THAT THE DECLARATION THEY WERE TO MAKE AND MADE WAS THE TRUTH, SOUND AND IRREVOCABLE before God and man, nation and people.

Surely, the Electoral Commission has assured candidate Mahama that the result declared was flawless. One would appreciate and may be persuaded to pardon President Mahama if he goes forth to congratulate the Electoral Commission for great work done, even though the matter is in dispute before the Supreme Court. In this respect, we dare ask, ARE THE JUDGES UNDER THE BELT OF THE PRESIDENCY? That is to say, could President Mahama not be subtly pre-empting the court's decision with his congratulatory message to the Electoral Commission. Nor that the judges will bow to it. In any case, we do not think President Mahama will stoop that low!

We are submitting this second edition of the Supreme Court @ Destiny and Glory because of the seeming subtle attempt to pre-empt the court findings and decision with the threat of belt of or direction from the Presidency.

In giving the nation full assurance of non-disputable and indeed credible declaration by the Electoral Commission, President Mahama may be inadvertently preparing the nation for chaos should the court findings prove otherwise and declares so accordingly. May God forbid this!

I WEEP OVER GHANA
It is here that we are obliged to share with church, nation and people THUS SAITH THE LORD over the matter.

“I weep for Ghana” says the Lord. “I weep not for present Ghana. I weep for future generation of Ghana if evil works can have their way in the affairs of the nation.” Continued the Lord God Jehovah, “I will fight for My chosen nation and uphold My name.” This is the word of the Lord as I prayed over a vision of chaos, violence, guns and all.

We invite the church and all particularly the remnant righteous and faithful of the Church, the honest, loyal and honourable people of integrity in the land to pray fervently for the nation to prevent chaos, confusion, violence and blood.

Ghana must remain under God as a land of Freedom, Justice and Liberty where Peace, Righteousness and Unity reign nor that the Judges will bow to it. The Lord must rise on His Throne of Righteousness and Mercy to save and maintain Ghana as A CHOSEN NATION and PEOPLE REDEEMED, MARRIED and MADE HOLY UNTO GOD, STAR of AFRICA.

Yes, indeed, the Supreme Court is at a threshold of Destiny and Glory. Let God arise! Let Africa have hope, rejoice so peace, righteousness, judgment and justice, truth, freedom and liberty must rise, flourish, and prosper in the land in the knowledge of and under the Hand of God. Our God, the God of Ghana must reign and rule over Ghana. Ghana is Free! Africa is Free, hallelujah!

Amen!!
