Accra, Oct. 31, GNA- The Finance Minister, Mr Yaw Osafo-Maafo would on Tuesday move a motion for the consideration and adoption by Parliament, the Mid-Year Review of the Budget Statement and Economic Policy of the Government for the 2003 financial year.
He would also lay a paper for a Supplementary Estimates for the 2003 financial year on the same day.
The Majority Leader and Minister of Parliamentary Affairs, Mr Felix Owusu-Agyapong announced this when he presented the Business Statement for the third week ending November 7, 2003.
He said during the week, Ministers of Energy, Roads and Transport, Environment and Science and Works and Housing would appear before the House to answer questions.
The Public Procurement Bill would be taken through the consideration stage in the course of the week. The Report of the Finance Committee on the Banking Bill and the Report of the Committee on Constitutional, Legal and Parliamentary Affairs on Patent Bill would also be laid.
