We, members and sympathizers of NDC Canada extend to your Excellency our warm congratulations on your election as President of the Republic of Ghana. Your resounding victory in the Presidential elections and our party's overwhelming elected majority of Parliamentarians demonstrates the confidence the people of Ghana repose in your foresight, vision, leadership and ability to make Ghana a better place for all. This victory is a tribute to all Ghanaians that, as one people, we can rally round the call to renew and pursue the vision of Advancing the Better Ghana Agenda towards great nation.
The peaceful, transparent, fair and violent-free elections have reinforced and re-affirmed that our nation is anchored on the pillars of the rule of law, national cohesion and commitment to a progressive democratic order of society. Ghana's success story and reconstruction under the leadership of the NDC is evident in the vibrant economic activity, expansion of democratic space and popular participation that should be sustained.
There is need for all well-meaning Ghanaians to come together in unequivocal resolve to always take this country forward, and never again allow our nation to slip backwards. We must consolidate the gains of democratic and good governance that will take our great and resourceful country to even greater heights of achievement in the international community.
Your Excellency, once again, NDC-Canada congratulates you and look forward to continue working closely with you in our common cause of Ghana's progress and contribution to African Regional integration and development.
Signed….
Charles Nkansah
