ADVICE TO GHANAIANS

01.12.2012 LISTEN
By AMANSANBOAFO FRIMPONG

To my dearest political leaders, and my fellow Ghanaians. First to the voters it is God who enthrone and dethrones kings, so please don't force other's will for your personal interest or gain, after your vote just go home or to where you have planned to go. The Bible says that, Mt 18:7 Woe unto the world because of offences! for it must needs be that offences come; but woe to that man by whom the offence cometh!

Nowhere like home. I plead to all our political leaders in their endeavour to ensure peace prevail before, during and after the forthcoming general election on the 7th December 2012. We are all equally important from the least citizen to the very head of state. The Bible says let's esteem one another in a high moral why? because we were all made in the image of God.

Genesis 1:27-28 reads So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moves upon the earth.

As I said and from the Bible quoted, God made us in His own image, and afterward entrusted into our hands work to be done. The word replenish mean refill or to bring something to its level. What does this passage suggested to us. To my opinion and for the good of our people, it means God in creation left something for us as mankind to accomplish unto His Glory.

God will not come down onto this plant earth to be a president, a teacher, a lawyer, a policeman, an mp etc, but has entrusted into our capability to make sure to fulfil our given assignment.

The question arises; how do we do? Individually or collectively. The Bible says that, a tree that stands alone fall. We need one another to bring peace, joy and stability to our beloved country Ghana. It is expedient for one to die for the whole nation to be saved, than for one to be enjoyed and the nation suffered (John 18:14).

I am once again admonishing all the political leaders to accept the outcome results that will proceed from the office of EC. The winner should appreciate the losers and promise to work together with them in the spirit of unity to promote good standard for the people of Ghana.

Thanks to you all. Long live Our Leaders and the People of Our Homeland Ghana.
