THE CHAIRMAN of the Holy Trinity group of companies, Dr. Felix Anyah has stated the company's resolve to provide innovative healthcare through preventive, curative and rehabilitative medical practice, to meet the needs of the general public.

He said this would help to enhance the orthodox health/medical sciences to provide mental, emotional, physical, psychological and spiritual well-being for 'a transitional clientele in restful, relaxing, rejoicing, revitalizing, recharging and rejuvenating ambience.'

These, he noted, were in line with the vision of the company and a mission 'to lead a global paradigm shift in blissful and proactive medical care, with resources to provide ten pillars of health.'

These pillars include regular and appropriate physical exercise, scientific relaxation and restful sleep, healthy diet and detoxification, including fasting, management of stress and stress disorders and supplements.

The others, he mentioned, include positive attitudes, Christian discipleship, health through water (spa) and medical, surgical and dental treatments.

Dr. Anyah was speaking at a brief ceremony at the Holy Trinity Medical Centre on Wednesday, to welcome back two members of staff who had gone on study leave in Ghana and abroad, and returned to join the Holy Trinity team.

According to him, the mission of the company would only be achieved with a highly motivated, contented and competent staff, who are also sensitive to excellent customer care and a favourable corporate image.

He said a motivated, contented and competent staff would employ sound managerial practice, a well maintained infrastructure and information system to help achieve goals hence, Holy Trinity supports its staff to undertake further studies.

He welcomed Augustina Boateng and Gloria Amergatcher, who had returned from studying nursing (graduate) and masters in molecular medical microbiology respectively.

He assured them of an improved and conducive work environment to enable them give off their best both to customers and the company, saying 'I am confident that you have returned more competent to support the team.'

The occasion was also used as a send-off ceremony for another member of staff, Eyram Fiaka, who had served as a nurse at the Centre for about a year.

Dr. Anyah said Eyram 'in her short stay has left honourable footprints' and as part of an elaborate condition of service to motivate staff, she was presented with a certificate of service and an undisclosed package including money.

He urged the staff members to emulate the example of Eyram and work 'as if you are working for the Lord so that God will bless you and your generations.'

He added that the best testimonial a person could have was to leave a job in good standing because it would always serve as reference for the individual in terms of future opportunities such as in other jobs or further studies.

Also, he used the opportunity to thank all staff for supporting the company to achieve recognition in Ghana, West Africa and across the globe.

He said their efforts have enabled the company to win many awards including excellence in private sector healthcare (CIMG), leader in the private health sector (GIPC) and African leadership award (West African Magazine) among others.

In an interview, Gloria, who returned from studying in the United Kingdom expressed gratitude to the management of Holy Trinity medical Centre for sponsoring her education in partnership with the Commonwealth.

She said she was happy to be back more competent than she left to add value to the company, adding, 'this is a lovely place and I pray that we will work together to project the image of the company.'

Also, Eyram said the Holy Trinity team was a wonderful family to have worked with, hence, she was leaving with mixed feelings but 'I feel like what God brought me here to do has been accomplished.'

She added that 'God bless them. I appreciate the opportunity to be part of the family; I have been blessed in my stay here.'
