Muslims end fasting with prayers at Atwima Mponua

Nyinahin (Ash), Aug 19, GNA – Mallam Abdul Kasim, Atwima Mponua District Chief Imam has led hundreds of Muslims in the district to end this year's Eid-ul Fitr at Nyinahin, the district capital.

He prayed for the nation, the President, the Vice-President and for the leadership of all the political parties in the country.

Mallam Kasim said it was important to continue to pray for the nation to ensure peace and stability and the welfare of all the people.

He appealed to the youth to desist from acts that are likely to create confusion during and after the December polls.
