NATIONAL SERVICE SCHEME, NATIONAL ACCREDITATION BOARD AND THE BANKS ARE THE CAUSES OF UNEMPLOYMENT AND ARM ROBBERY IN GHANA

How to alleviate unemployment and arm robbery is becoming a massive headache to the government and the citizens of Ghana, people can't slumber in the night because their life's are at risk, young energetic graduates turns to be drunkards, arm robbers because after desperately looking for means to survive in this Country and you are not getting, you will be coerce to take drinks and smokes thinking that it would help respite the stress, but you would end up by doing unnecessary things under the influences of it.

After graduation and National service, graduates would be adding to the already choked applicants on the waiting list to be absorbed into the anonymous market that we have named it job market. The Big question I keep asking myself is; does that market exist in Ghana? What is the capacity and how many can it take at a time. Graduates turn to be liability to their parents. People are even absorbed into the few vacancies by the following qualifications: M.A schooling in abroad, B SC my family member, B A loyal member of my political party, HND Cousin and certificate of being my son, what does the future holds for a ” dawadawa” sellers son or daughter? This rhetoric question is being asked by all of us.

I am making a passionate appeal to the government of Ghana to advice the National Service Scheme, National Accreditation Board and the Banks because after a research conducted they are the causes of unemployment and arm robbery in Ghana simple because, NATIOANAL SERVICE SCHEME

Because every year about 60,000 to 70,000 graduates from the various institution in Ghana are deployed to almost all the institution in Ghana and they are to do a mandatory service of one year and because it is a continues process most of the institutions are using this opportunities not to employed. They have what they normally say; why is it necessary to employed when after services next batch is coming in.

NATIONAL ACCREDITATION BOARD
Is one of the secret Boards that is creating unemployment and arm robbery in this country, simple because they gives accreditation to institutions and schools which are not up to standards to operates in this country and this institutions would end up by graduating unqualified students, just recently there was a saga that over 3000 unqualified students were graduated from Methodist university and the other universities in Ghana. This graduate would end up by being unemployed and arm robbers because they are not having the right qualification to meet employers demand.

BANKS
Because of the high collateral security being demanded by the banks, graduates with plan 'B' of establishing their own business are not getting the capital to do so.

Graduates with entrepreneurial skills and marketing experiences wish to establish their own business but the questions on board is that where is the capital.

If the government doesn't advice these three institutions, national service scheme, national accreditation board and the banks though unemployment and arm robbers cannot be zero, but cannot be reduces in this our dear country.
