This morning, the Member of Parliament (MP), Hon. Nii Armah Ashitey and members of his Constituency embarked on a Health Walk along the principal streets of Osu.
The activity was planned to mark the beginning of the funeral rites of our late President, Prof J. E. A. Mills which would be held in the Constituency, Osu.
In addressing the crowd, Hon. Nii Armah Ashitey cautioned his constituents to be modest in their celebration of the life of the late President and rather use this time as an opportunity to reflect and take steps in ensuring continued peace in the country. He asked the people in constituency to vote for him as the member of parliament and Mr John Mahama of the NDC as the President of Ghana .
