Former Attorney-General Martin Amidu has challenged the government to tell the truth about the circumstances surrounding his removal from office as A-G.
Mr Amidu is unhappy that members of the government communication team have consistently described him as a bitter man whose objective is to undermine the government.
Explaining the rationale for a statement issued Wednesday, the former A-G told Joy FM's Super Morning Show host Kojo Oppong-Nkrumah he had given notice of his willingness to resign from the Mills government long before he was relieved of his post.
He said dared the Chief of Staff, Mr Henry Martey Newman to publish letters he wrote to the presidency about some unconstitutional acts of the government if there is anything that contradicts his public comments.
