DJEMA, Central African Republic (AFP) - Ugandan troops have captured the fourth most senior rebel commander of the Lord's Resistance Army, Caesar Acellam, in the Central African Republic, the rebels and army said Sunday.

Acellam was seized after a brief firefight with Ugandan troops early Saturday near the border with the Democratic Republic of Congo, the sources said.
