Accra, May 3, GNA – Organisers of the forthcoming four-day 4th Accra Biennial Sports Expo, RICS Consult, the nation's foremost sports business consultancy firm will round up the event with two open fora.
The event, scheduled for the College of Physicians and Surgeons, from Tuesday 14th to Friday 18th May, 2012, will have first of the two fora scheduled for Day Two, Wednesday, May 16th on the topic: 'Funding Sports; Public versus Private Sector & Role of District/Municipal/ Metropolitan Assemblies in grass- roots Talents Development Through Hosting of National Unity Games'.
According to a statement from the organizers copied to GNa Sports, the second fora, which has also been scheduled for the third day, will be on the topic, 'Strengthening Lesser Known & Financially Challenged Sports as a Key to Growing Diversified African Talents and Bidding to Co-Host International Sports Events in Africa'.
The Sports Expo Conference will be expected to bring together more than 150 participants from the National Olympic Committees; District / Regional & National Sports Councils; District / Regional and National Sports Associations & Federations; the sports industry investors & managers; sports medicine; club owners / managers and administrators; sports consultancy services; kit manufacturers; distributors of sports goods and equipments; sports journalists; leisure & hospitality services providers; financial, insurance and legal services; merchandising and many more from the Private Sectors.
