A Human Rights Court in Accra has granted bail to top police woman DSP Gifty Mawunyega Tehoda in the cocaine-turned-baking soda saga.
The court Monday ordered the BNI to produce the top policewoman who was being held by the investigative body for her role in the swapped cocaine bail hearing.
But the Bureau of National Investigations (BNI) failed to produce DSP Gifty Mawunyega Tehoda as directed by the Human Rights Court yesterday.
That notwithstanding, the court granted her bail to the tune of GH¢100,00 bail.
More soon.
