
As family members and other interested parties wait for the BNI to produce DSP Gifty Tehoda in court, State Attorney, Rexford Wiredu is warning affidavit against her bail will shock the family.
He is expected to file the affidavit soon.
Rexford Wiredu's comments follow exchanges between him and lawyer for DSP Tehoda on one hand and her family members on the other.
BNI officials who are holding the top policewoman in connection with the cocaine-turned baking soda scandal were expected to produce her in court today following a court order.
But they are yet to do so. Instead state attorney Rexford Wiredu is asking for time to file an affidavit.
Joy FM's parliamentary correspondent Sammy Darko who was in court said hearing has been suspended twice already.
