Accra, Oct 31, GNA – More than 3,000 young professionals, Mater of Business Administration (MBA) undergraduates and social entrepreneurs are gathering at the Leed Oregon Convention Centre in Portland, Oregon, United State of America, for 2011 Annual Net Impact Conference.
The conference is the world's largest and most inspirational event for students and professionals using their business skills to create social and environmental good.
A statement signed by Mr. Robert Klah, Chairman of special projects at Net Impact Ghana, copied to GNA in Accra on Friday, said the meeting would explore creative problem solving and playful approaches, and added thatthe Net Impact Ghana chapter is being represented at the conference.
In addition, it would “see where sustainable innovations were championed by those you least expect and where unlikely partnerships accelerate change.”
The statement said topics to be discussed included Corporate Impact, Energy and Clean Technology, Environment and Natural Resources, Finance and Investment and International Development.
It said” during the conference, individuals will unite to tackle tough corporate social responsibility and sustainability challenge issues, build their careers and professional networks…,”.
