Job Description: A Wholly Ghanaian Company is looking for a young, aggressive and creative Sales & Marketing manager. The applicant must have the ability to generate business to business sales (B2B) and maintain relation with customers as well as be a creative force in the company to insure customer satisfaction.

Identify and analyse an organisation's strengths and weaknesses.

Set goals for market share and growth
Develop and implement appropriate strategies by selecting, segmenting and targeting markets, and promoting products and services to those markets.

Work Experience: At least a first Degree or HND in marketing and or sales with good understanding of the sales and marketing environment in Ghana coupled with a proven track record.

2 to 5 years working experience in sales and or marketing or a related field.

• make decisions regarding products, such as choosing labels or packaging

• work on developing new products
• work out an approach to pricing and set prices for products and services

Qualifications: At least a first Degree in marketing and or sales with good understanding of the sales and marketing environment in Ghana coupled with a proven track record.

5 or more years working experience in sales and or marketing or a related field
