Zain Outdoors New Promo

Zain Ghana has launched a brand new promotion to reward its loyal customers.

The promotion is aimed at recognizing and appreciating customers of Zain for every amount spent on voice, data, MMS and SMS.

Customers will now be able to redeem more talk time from selected partners across the country.

The Zain Rewards Loyalty programme will allow customers to enjoy prizes upon patronizing any of Zain's services and will be granted reward and level points.

Customers will earn one point for every GH¢ 0.02 spent. The accumulated points can be traded for different rewards and benefits from the supporting shops and partners during the promotion.

Speaking at the launch, the Director of Customer Care, Anne Grant, said the programme is specially packaged by the company to offer its customers special privileges and rewards for their loyalty to the brand.

“Zain, since last year, has remained wholeheartedly committed to our customers through innovative products and services and excellent customer care service delivery because we recognize that they are the reason why we are in business,” she added.

The promotion was launched amidst customers who were qualified to be on the rewards' level, which categorized them into the silver or gold levels.

The event also outdoored Zain's top five customers in the product and services platform

They were presented with their Rewards Cards as part of the launch.

Customers can sign on to the scheme by texting '026' to short code 115 or by simply contacting the Customer Care centre near them.
