Preamble
The noble works of Archimedes, Apollonius of Perga, and many other Ancient Greeks were not written and kept like we do at present, in fact, some of these extant works were written on fragile materials, which were traditionally manufactured in Ancient Greek city called Pergamum. But though some of these treatises got missing due to wars and public disturbances, yet others were successfully preserved for successive generations to have access to which enabled them to make use of them. The treatises and works of Archimedes, for example, survived both the two Roman Punic Wars. But unfortunately, the latter Punic war saw the death of this genius though he had already served his trusted friends and the Librarian in Alexandria with some copies of these precious works. Others philosophers had followed suit and had their works sent in circulation among trusted friends and several classical libraries in antiquity (The Pergamene Library, known for preparing skins for writing) before they were mustered and published as a book. This procedure is what some scholars of today are emulating, that is, to preserve their greatest achievements, which concern their overall scientific writings that contain new information that need to be protected from plagiarism on the Internet before they gather them together and make a unique book out of them.

Even the Ancient Egyptians had made use of papyrus, which were primitive materials, but they managed to survive the harsh weather condition, which this Ancient civilisation had evolved, in the southern part of the present Mediterranean climate of the earth. In the same manner, scientific works that are preserved by the software of our present Internet resources shall enable other serious generations ahead to have access to some of these rich resources and documents that numerous scientists have produced through their selfless endeavours. Some of these works had already been judged by colleagues, others are to be judged later. Research findings that are presented in books, journals, and Internets shall enable all those that seek the right and relevant information for research to have access to them.

It is my firm hope that my works and others, like the noble Greeks, Babylonians, Egyptians, Jews that were pioneers, and others shall aid the world to go through the difficult times at the moment, and to provide diligent researchers and scientists a new manner of dealing with global problems.

Psychiatry and “War Patrons”War psychiatry studies the reasons and conditions that compel certain individuals, groups, and nations to engage in war and its related atrocities. The discipline sees war as a “disorder” and therefore should be removed from the lists of things seen as legitimate to engage in.

Now in War Psychiatry, “War patrons” refers to those nations that manufacture and sell weapons in the diverse world to make profit out of them. The terminology could also be employed to refer to even “companies” that are directly involved in the manufacturing and distribution of weapons, which include weapons of mass destruction such as nuclear weapons and conventional weapons as well. Though the role of these nations and agents are scarcely discussed in the world community in relation to war and how they influence the world both negatively and positively, to the psychiatrist and the scholar of social psychiatry, the function of these people, races, or nations in the disturbances that occur in the world are utmost important. They provide important resources for study in connection with deficit and hyperactivity that occur in the world. Their roles indirectly produce the conduct disorders we have with numerous persons in the world, the neurotics as well as the compulsive-obssessives.

These nations, that is, the Patron nations form the groups that manoeuvre in the expanse world to instigate wars directly or indirectly and through violence or other means or agents leading to instabilities in the world. The War patrons, therefore, become a target of investigation to the modern psychiatrist, in order to comprehend the stress, oppositional defiant disorders, self-injurious behaviours, and anxiety, which the societies in the world experience.

While other disciplines have been interested in discussing the gangsters, the criminals themselves, the terrorists, religious factions in the origination of wars and conflicts, to the war psychiatrists and social scientists, those nations that produce the weapons and their agents become their main focus. They are also the starting points that the organism's needs of safety are destabilised through war, disease, natural catastrophes, crime waves, societal disorganisation, neurosis, brain injury, chronically bad situation. In the words of Abraham Maslow, these War Patrons could be seen as the agents that block the chance for numerous individual nations and its citizens to obtain self-actualisation. Already employed by Kurt Goldstein, the word refers to the desire for self-fulfilment, namely the tendency for one individual (a nation) to become actualised in what one is potentially. This tendency could be reframed as the desire to become more and more what one is, to become everything that one is capable of becoming (Maslow, 1943: 370-396).

War Psychiatry, War Patrons, and their Varieties

There are three types of War Patrons, which include: “War Patron One,” “War Patron Two,” and “War Patron Three.”

War Patron One consists of nations that are large and also measure their strength through their economy in the world. They are very big nations that also consider war waging as not “primitive” but a symbol of power, that is, following the antediluvian thinking that states that the nation that is capable of killing all others' citizens through the superb weapons that it has manufactured is the great nation or possess superiority in the world. They seek after frivolous power and could themselves be the originators of wars in the world, sometimes playing the double roles of peacemakers and at the same time troublemakers in the world. They depend on weapons selling for the betterment of their economy and consider these as lucrative jobs to be legitimately engaged in disregarding the atrocities it endangers in the world.

War Patron Two makes weapons and distributes them to large part of the world. Though these nations produce mass weapons for sale, they do not engage in war themselves nor interested in the power struggle/fight that goes on in the world. Their sole interest is about their economy and how to win sales through manipulation of being friends for peace but in secret participates in atrocities. But War Patron Two, like the first War Patron, also uses diverse tactics and dubious means where war waging could go on and on in the world in order to increase disturbance and win more income.

War Patron Three makes weapons of small scale just to have those weapons to protect themselves and also sell some if they are needed outside. They do not consider themselves as target and therefore care less what goes on in the weapon market of the world.

But concerning the types of War Patrons discussed above, an observation could be made that holds true in the universe of human beings that states that interest in revenue that is behind the business of weapons selling is the prime aim. Therefore, disturbances in the world that put strains on the expanse world population and the resultant confusion are their sources of daily bread, therefore when these things are not being witnessed their businesses could be in danger. They are no where near the objective of allowing genuine peace to prevail in the world.

Psychiatric Disturbance: Open and Secret Effects on Societies' Conscience

In psychiatric terms, the roles of these “War patrons” are seen as energising, colossal disorder violence, aggression, anxiety, and stress in diverse societies of the world. Indirectly, they have a negative influence on diverse societies and their transformation from peace to intermittent disturbances we have described above. The clashes of the Mafia, interest groups, businessmen working as middlemen in weapon selling, gangsters, secret groups of the underworld have their sources here and some are indirectly the works of these War Patrons.

Direction of the World are Influenced According to their Whimsical Wishes

The bubbles in the world around and the tumult situations are the sources of their own work and manipulation, which they indirectly find, solace to attribute them to other innocent individuals or agents in the underworld. Instead of real peace and disarmament they shall push the world and its inhabitants to concentrate on other less disturbing needs, which though important, could easily follow the former after that have been solved or curbed in a genuine manner.

There are inequalities in the world and developmental disabilities of many nations that struggle day and night to feed their people yet war patrons' cheap manner of plundering the poor had remained for long time and these remain a thing to be dealt with fairly or sincerely in the future.

General Characteristics of War Patrons' Activities

1. Control and become the direct sources of manipulative activities on earth to destabilise peace in the world Continued
