Regenerative health Policy to reduce diseases

The Deputy Minister of Health Designate, Dr. Benjamin Kumbour says its new policy on regenerative health will reduce the level of diseases in the country. Dr. Kumbour said this in a speech read on his behalf at a ceremony to launch a new chiropractic and wellness centre in Accra.

Dr. Kumbour said it is the determination of the health sector to recognize all contributions in producing a better health and well-being for Ghanaians.

He explained that through the current priorities of the sector, there will be an increase in access to health care to deprived areas and vulnerable people in the country.

The Chief Executive and the Founder of Chiropractic and Wellness Centre, Dr. Marcus Manns said the centre offers a comprehensive set of services to corporate bodies with the objective of helping working individuals to create and retain a workforce that is healthy.

He said currently the organization has four centres throughout.

These are at Cape Coast, Kumasi and Accra and provides care to over one thousand people in Ghana.
