FACE OF GHANA ORGANIZATION

Amsterdam, 21st August, 2009.
The attention of the management of the Face of Ghana Organization has been called to erroneous information making the rounds to the effect that our organization is behind or associated with the show due to take place tomorrow - Saturday, 22nd August, 2009, at the Bijlmer Sports Hall in Amsterdam Southeast.

Meanwhile, we are aware the organizers of the show have made extensive publicity about the show and nowhere in their publicity drive are we aware the name of the Face of Ghana Organization associated with the show. The misinformation fast gaining grounds therefore gives us cause for concern.

By this communication therefore, we wish to inform all concern and particularly the Ghanaian community as follows;

1. That the Face of Ghana Organization is not in any way associated with the said show.

2. That preparation for the Face of Ghana Holland 2009 Beauty Pageant under the auspices of Soulhouronline radio and fully endorsed by the Embassy of the Republic of Ghana, The Hague was officially launched on Sunday, 16th August, 2009.

3. That the Grand Finale of the pageant will take place on Saturday, 14th November, 2009 at same venue as the said show and that is the Bijlmer Sports Hall, Anton de Komplein 157 in Amsterdam Southeast.

Further information on Face of Ghana Holland 2009 will be issued in due course.
