PSYCHIATRIC RESOURCES AND WAR COURTS

What we have witnessed in this century and the centuries that had gone before us in connection with wars, tell us that war going is dangerous and should not be allowed to have a place in the human world. Yes, war through the initial stages of human development had played a role in terms of energising human beings to succeed in certain inventions that eventually became useful to man. That war engagement had reduced the toil of man nowadays should not be taken as an excuse to engage in barbaric warfare that brings tribulation to the inhabitants of the world. The need therefore exists to find a better means whereby war or misunderstandings that crop up between countries or factions can be resolved without the shedding of blood. If it is true that we develop new things always and these inventions help us to find easy solutions to long standing problems, then, there must be a new way whereby wars that occur in this world could be resolved without repeating the mistakes made by our forebears in many centuries ago.

The New Modern Theory of War
The new theory of war that had been developed and published in the book The Security of Nations: A Psychological Perspective of Modern Theory of War (2008) presents us a better method where war could be resolved without going through unnecessary pain that many inhabitants of the world had experienced before. The new theory describes the processes that had led human beings to misinterpret certain things beyond their comprehension to mean that it was acceptable to engage in war. It recognises the weakness of human mind and how difficult it is to relinquish certain practices that human beings have become used to them. The theory makes us aware that these things that we fight over are scarce and therefore we need to rationalise concerning how we would be capable of sharing them fairly and adequately with them. It is not correct to utilise the barbaric approach but instead to reason with one another as human beings because we, unlike the lower animals, possess speech and brains. Also we had become used to the naive manner of attributing our evil intentions and weaknesses to these unseen gods or God that their very nature as “holy beings” abhor such lies and evil thoughts and behaviour that human beings possess in their nature. Finally, the theory reveals to us the true nature of those individuals or groups that originate war. Thieves and criminals of higher calibre always champion war because of their greed and they successfully manage to persuade others in order to acquire their illusive desires.

What the Theory is about
As crime is the major activity that underlies the commencement of the different wars that ensue in the world, then, it is appropriate to use the War Courts to settle the numerous conflicts that we observe around the world. But we should not employ the use of the usual weapons practised by our forebears. Wars must quickly be translated into the War Courts where the real battle without arms would be used by the different countries or parties. These are wars but they are fought without using those war instruments that leave the world untidy and create harm to the women and children of all walks of life. This particular battlefield enables us human beings to wage war without burying people in the mass graves, littering our big cities with radioactive substances, air pollution, destroying famous libraries and church buildings, and the numerous raping of innocent women and children we witness when war breaks. It is this special step of resolving conflict that will really make human beings to realise their dignities as higher animals with superior intellects to protect the world they live in.

The Judiciary is Our Last Hope
In the field of modern warfare, it is the judiciary that reigns supreme as they take over matters of war from the ministers of the states who have seriously disappointed us humans. Since the inception of the world and the time when human beings have populated the earth, there had occurred numerous wars on the planet. Meticulous observation has shown that the Presidents (P) and Prime Ministers (PM) have been irresponsible and their carelessness had led to all wars in the world. Not only that but some of these men had been engineers who commenced unnecessary wars that led to the total destruction of their citizens. It had been discovered of late that some of these men were seriously ill or suffered some psychiatric disorders who still did not relinquish power because they were obsessed with power; the latter being a secondary symptom of their illnesses. Moreover, they could never co-operate when it concerned war or conflict, which had left total devastation of the planets since antiquity. The Judiciary, on the other hand, had been more careful as they utilised the brain and well-principled laws and rules to guide their behaviour and decisions. As a result, they had conducted themselves in a superb manner to deal with criminal activities on the corners of the earth. It is accepted fact that these gentlemen understand each other better than own politicians whose obsession with power always bring them face to face with war. Therefore, with the taking over of this greatest responsibility from the P and PM, the people of world would be in good hands to deal with their affairs regarding war, the greatest enemy of man. Since they shall be using the brain (which is the greatest gift ever given to man on earth) in addition to the employment of good laws, the inhabitants of the earth shall experience the working of justice and equality on this earth. The Judiciary as an organisation, is the last hope of the world, and it is absolutely understood that these men would perform better than these arrogant men who had led the world into deep crises since antiquity concerning war.

The Problems with God and gods and Attribution

The religious people would like us to believe that there is a superior God or gods that want them to go to war with their enemies and these wars should be called “holy wars”. I disagree totally with these lies and hooligans who had caused problems to the earth and its inhabitants. If ever they know of such a god or God that they are talking about, then, we would be really happy to ask or entreat him to explain further about peace that his only son talked about when he appeared in this world as a human (according to Christian interpretation). The truth is that man had made mistakes about war right from the beginning when they started to increase in numbers. Their philosophers would like them to be seen as prophets who could predict of the future and tell of bad signs or good signs. Just as the magicians work today their prophets had also worked and the only thing they could do in order to be respected or be believed was to make attributions of their powers and intellects to the gods who provided them with their wisdom. It was commonly known that these philosophers hid in secret places and wrote all their laws and rules while they made them believe that it was written by their gods. So that as at now there has never been a law that was in reality written by gods and then given to human beings. These men were naive and so they could believe in anything told them by these impostors. Compare some laws written by some philosophers of old and just think of the news today that the American Indians' laws written so many years ago were to be the laws to be followed by currently civilised men living in their vicinity.

We are Justified to Use Psychiatric Resources to Help Treat this Unfortunate Individuals

The new Modern Theory of War insists that the psychiatrists in the War Psychiatry should treat all those that employ some myths about gods or God to wage war. Some of these people should be diagnosed and treated from “aggressive behaviour,” “obsessive compulsive behaviour,” “temporary insanity,” “totally insane,” “depression with hallucination symptoms”, and many others. There are some that should be kept in prison for life because of the threat they pose to human beings by imagining of something that is actually not there. This has nothing to do with being unfair since in the world of science we have not witnessed any physical gods or God telling some people that they are sick, tired or their hands have been broken by another god so these individuals should help them to fight on their behalves. War Psychiatry will therefore play an important role in the War Courts where the distinguished judges would question the mental condition of some of these people that believe that there are some wars that are holy and therefore they should be permitted to participate in.

No God or gods Want People to Fight on their Behalf.

As it stands now science, through numerous researches, has revealed that people fake about engaging in the so-called “holy wars.” Individuals have to take their own responsibilities when they consent to the manipulations of their sick leaders. The psychiatric disorder of Norman Psychosis has revealed that due to the assimilation of myths by the people, they seldom rationalise when the chosen leader plans any conspiracy and invites them to join. The whole thing is about those individuals or groups that had surrounded themselves with myths about these gods or God and how they reacted when they confronted their chosen leader. This particular illness (Norman Psychosis) caused Samuel the prophet to cut into pieces King Aggag; it made the biblical story of the man who speared another individual having sexual intercourse together with a young woman in the tent when the rest of Israelites were praying; it made the Nazi Germans cried when Herr Adolf Hitler finished talking and they could go and destroy the Jews or chase them out from their hiding places; it made some individuals from the northern hemisphere refused to employ when they hear about Homo sapiens myths; it made certain religious adherents from the Middle East cried allowed when they had heard their religious leader spoke and chanted and they chase or started destroying American flag; and etc

War Psychiatry and Psychology Should be Alternative to Prison

Modern Theory of War should be capable of keeping the world free from violence and unnecessary wars, which both leaders of states and some manipulators use to conduct their businesses. The time has come to examine critically whatever the dominant society thinks and for us to weigh them whether there are some values and behaviours that they cherish but we do not totally agree with them. The desire to question some well-held beliefs that had allowed certain criminal activities to have gone on for a long time should be able to usher us in a new dawn of world peace. This is how the scientific revolution commenced that led to new ideas that consequently led to enormous progress in the world. Like Isaac Newton, Francis Bacon, René Descartes, John Locke, Albert Einstein, and many others, we should never succumb to every pressure put on us by certain groups that forces us to look only from their perspective. Let us enter into another revolutionary mood where certain beliefs that are long-held by certain groups that we find them unacceptable in the light of science and common sense be gradually changed so that we shall be happy on this earth. But for those who choose to engage in using the unseen powers to commit crime, let us recognise all of them as having some form of psychiatric disorders that needed to be treated in the War Psychiatry.
