Are our Elected Ministers “Fit for Purpose”?

Are our Elected Ministers “Fit for Purpose”?

Does Ghana have the right strategies for the next 20 years?

What are they?

Are Ministers turning Ghana's weak points in every governmental department into an opportunity?

This could be termed as the turnaround strategies?

Are we appointing the right Government Ministers with right qualifications for any given post?

What happens if Minister is not passionate about a given post and therefore fails to motivate its staffs to be very productive?

What happens when the wrong Ministers are picked for a particular post?

Is there an annual appraisal for every Minister to account for a department?

Does a community also have the right to appraise its Member of Parliament (MP) in a general survey?

Does the local community have the right to disagree with strategies objectives they need not a priority?

Are decisions that affect a community discussed in an open forum so that the general public also has input in the decision making?

What happen if a decision happens behind closed doors?

Whose interest is being served here anyway?

Do we have the input of pressure groups during some strategic decisions in Ghana?

Why should Ghana or the rest of Africa be happy with a label the “Third world”?

Shame unto all past or present Ministers who have failed to push Ghana forward to become a developed country.

Why have some ministers loathe to see Ghana still labelled as the “Third World Country”.

Back to the question again “Are our elected Ministers fit for purpose”?

I guess every Ghanaian is now looking forward to see a real change in our country so that abject poverty would become a thing of the past.

This is a true or false questions.
