I would like to appeal to the West African Examinations Council (WAEC) to organise mock examinations for JSS Three students before they write the Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE).
This will help reduce the fear and apprehension candidates experience in the examination hall.
Although individual schools organise mock examinations, I think if WAEC is able to organise one on its own, it will help students to have a feel of how external examinations are conducted before they sit the actual examination.
The BECE is the first external examination for every JSS student so we need the support of all.
My advice to candidates is to desist from any unacceptable acts which will lead to the cancellation of examination results.
