The radio business in Ghana has become very challenging and every station is doing its best to satisfy its valued listeners. They have very interesting programs for all ages and sometimes come out of their studios to entertain their listeners with their numerous packages and programs they organize.
Adom Fm is one station that should be applauded for; they are well noted for their road shows normally with the nation's finest musicians and also their occasional gift packages for their cherished listeners with prizes ranging from car to the paying of utility bills. Those in the Eastern region had their share some few weeks ago with the Adom Fm KASAPA STICKER promotion.
The ADOM FM KASAPA STICKER promotion for the Eastern region was anchored by Abeiku Santana on Ofie Kwanso between 2:00-6:00pm. The program was set to reward and sustain listeners in the Eastern region. The promotion spanned over a three week period. Adom FM took advantage of the duration to paste ADOM FM and KASAPA stickers on all commercial vehicles in the Eastern Region.
At the end of the promotion 9 winners were spotted. They won various prizes from sponsors; KASAPA Telecom, Total 2 and 3 in Koforidua, Quick Fit Ultra Modern Centre, AP-Mesa Auto Body Shop.
Presently there is also an on going promotion on the program “Work and Happiness” with the man Jerry Justice dubbed “SISA NIEMA KWA” and here some Ghanaian songs are played and listeners who call during the show are to identify the title and composer of the song. Winners at the end of the program walk away with hampers from the sponsors.
Indeed Adom FM has really carve a niche for itself and it is truly a good pace for others to follow and again a good way of sharing what they earn with their valued listeners.
