OHEMAA ENTERTAINS TOP RADIO LISTENERS

The Mid-Morning program dubbed “Adwuma Mere” on Top Radio 103.1 Fm has won the hearts of the general public beyond doubt in a period of six months since Ohemaa became the host of the show.

Born Harey Adjoa Yeboa Asuama, popularly known as Ohemaa, with the slogan “WO YE GYE”, she has proved that she is really versatile in carrying out her work and is she able to communicate in different tongues. Her presentation is basically in English, Ga, Hausa, Asante Twi and the Lingua Franca which she takes slowly.

Come December 1st 2007, the broadcasting journalist who presents English and Akan news on Top Radio 103.1 Fm attached to the Mid Morning presentation would thrill the public with lots of activities at Rendezvous, Abeka – Adom Junction with a show dubbed “Party with Ohemaa”.

Artistes who forms part of the party includes Antwi ne Antwi, Obomofuor, Kokoveli, Barosky, Maj, Ekwow Mikah, Kwaw Kesse and a host of other popular musicians. Special dignitaries from the political scene, law and business tycoons would be there to grace the occasion.

Lady JOY, DJ Spicy and the young lady herself, Ohemaa would MC the show. She mentioned to your favorite Weekly Fylla, that it is not only the voice, but personalities behind the voices on Top Radio are all part of the day with much surprises. L'Maj Complexion, I A C E, Fountain Press and Nana Phones are the sponsors of the party.

When asked why she chose December 1st and not her birthday 24 December? She answered that “it is because I would be exactly six months old on Adwumamere and I am much glad I have grown more than my age on the airwaves at my tender age of 6 on Adwumamere and close to five years in news presentation with different radio stations across the country”.
