Shatta Wale Ready To Rock RTP Awards – Organisers

Shatta Wale is billed to perform at this year's edition of the Radio & Television Personality (RTP) Awards slated for this Saturday at the Accra International Conference Centre (AICC).

According to the organisers of the event, Big Event Ghana, the award-winning dancehall artiste has promised Ghanaians the best of him at the event.

“Shatta Wale is ready for a good show. He will treat RTP Awards fans with most of popular hit songs and good stagecraft. The event will be unique and historic,” one of the organisers told BEATWAVES.

He explained that Shatta Wale's performance on stage will be packed with drama, real entertainment, suspense and thrills from the beginning to the end.

The CEO of Big Event Ghana, Prince Makay, in a chat with BEATWAVES yesterday said the awards ceremony will feature Superintendent Kofi Sarpong and Okomfour Kwaadee who will join Shatta Wale to thrill fans.

He disclosed that Okomfour Kwaadee and Kofi Sarpong are seriously preparing for what most have predicted to be the most electrifying face-off between the three acts on stage.

Sources close to Kwaadee disclosed to BEATWAVES that the day will be an opportunity for Kwaadee to thrill fans who have missed out on seeing him perform live on stage.

He said the hiplife music icon is determined to shake the foundation of the AICC with his hit songs like 'Kwaadee/Aboro Ne Bayie', 'Ataa, Metoa Su', 'Ka Wonan To Su' and a host of others.

Meanwhile, Kofi Sarpong says he is relying on God to give Ghanaians an unforgettable experience; one for their moneys' worth.
