Seasoned Nollywood’s actress, Genevieve Nnaji has been panned by some irate fans of Instagram for mourning with France after the latest terror attack.
At least 84 people were killed during the Bastille Day celebrants in the French city of Nice after a lorry ploughed through the crowd.
The driver of the lorry, who has been identified as Mohamed Lahouaiej Bouhlel was shot dead by police. About 18 of the victims are currently in critical condition in hospital.
The 37-year-old actress like many others took to her Instagram page on Friday to post: "“Father into thy hands I commend their spirit #prayforparis #prayforjustice ."
Her post did not go down well with some fans and they lashed back at her. Read some comments below.
Minutes after these comments on her earlier post, Genevieve posted another picture with this caption: " The idea is not to limit love and compassion but to limit anger and hate. What you let out in the Universe is what spreads. Everyone has a platform to effect change so pay good attention to what you do with yours. WE ARE THE WORLD therefore #changeisinourhands . The sooner we accept it the better. â¤ï¸âœŒðŸ¾ðŸ˜Š"
