Agya Koo's Peak Time Is Over - Film Director

A Kumasi-based Controversial Film Director, Jones Agyemang has waded into the debate as to Agya Koo and Lil Win whose movie sells on the market.

According to Jones Agyemang , Agya Koo movies are not marking good impact on the market for the past four years.

He stated that Ace Actor Alexander Kofi Adu known on showbiz as Agya Koo movies have received low turn out as compared to that of Lil Win.

His comment comes weeks after Agya Koo claimed that his absence on screen has created a vacuum for Kumkum Bhagya and other trashes on our local television stations.

However, Jones Agyemang in an interview on Nhyira FM's Entertainment Power in Kumasi confirmed that the actor is no more marketable on the market though he is a multi-talented actor.

Jones Agyemang who is the CEO of J.A Films Productions said, “although Agya Koo has been a good actor from the onset but at the moment he is not marketable since most of the target audiences are not much interested in buying movies that had him starred”.

The producer of Obinim Ebenezer Movie told Aku Sika host of the show that, "Agya Koo has enjoyed his peak time over a decade now and his reining time has come to past’’.
