Dr Aris Latham, founder of the Sun Fired Culinary Institute in Panama, is in Ghana for the celebration of the 3rd Annual African Culture & Wellness Festival themed 'High Frequency Living'.

This historical event will take place on February 12-13, 2016 at 6:00pm at Nubuke Foundation in East Legon, while the festival will be held at Aburi Gardens.

The festival, a.k.a. ACAWF, was created by Dr Sharita Yazid, a naturopath at New Body Products, Ghana.

ACAWF has taken the lead in creating a platform that will help educate, empower and heal Africans on the continent and the Diasporas.

With GH¢30, one can join the opening ceremony dinner at the Nubuke Foundation in East Legon near Mensvic Hotel this Friday, which will feature a fine raw sun-fired vegetarian/vegan feast presented by Vegan All Star Of The Year, Aris LaTham.

On Saturday, February 13, the festival will light up the Aburi Botanical Gardens with the regeneration concert which features local and international artists. This year's international artist is poet, singer, writer and actor Mutabaruka from Jamaica.

Admission to the concert is GH¢10 and GH ¢20 VIP.
There will be an African market that will display cultural arts, books, music and fashion. The 'Healers Village' is a tranquil place where participants can stop anytime during the festival to receive healing services like massage, reflexology, Reiki and the natural African beauty expo providing natural beauty products, natural hair and skin care demonstrations, and more.

A special vegan all stars food court will have a wide variety of delicious nutritious vegan foods from our local vegan restaurants and catering services from 9:00am to 6:00pm
