Tigo Unplugged Concert Rocks Kumasi Tonight

This year's edition of the Tigo musical concert dubbed 'Tigo Unplugged Concert' takes place today at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi.

Organisers of the show have promised patrons nothing but the very best of music and entertainment on one stage.

Some selected Ghanaian artistes such as Stonebwoy, VVIP, Shatta Wale, Kwaw Kese, E.L, Keche, MzVee and Patoranking, billed to perform at the event, are expected to wow music fans with their stagecraft and dancing skills.

The event, BEATWAVES gathered, is determined to give Ghanaians the best entertainment the world could offer and all the artistes billed to perform at the concert are ready to give out their best on stage. The organisers have also promised to give out free Tigo souvenirs on the night among other surprises.

The concert, according to the organisers, will be used to celebrate the first anniversary of Tigo music with customers ahead of Christmas as well as give customers the chance to see Ghana's top music talents perform their favourite hit songs.

According to Jesse Agyepong, Director of Marketing at Tigo, the event is targeted at all Tigo customers, adding, 'We will continue to be part of the music industry because we believe that music delivers a great brand experience.'
