The Deputy Minister of Ministry Of Tourism, Culture and Creative Arts, Hon Dzifa Gomashie, as part of her “Agenda to tour the creative art Industry” which is meant for her to meet individuals and organizations of the sector.
She is also supposed to listen to their problems and together with the stakeholders, brainstorm on the way forward in solving such issues.
In one of her outings, The minister paid a visit to James Town (Mantse Agbona), James Town community theater and Pediatric Oncology Units of the Korle-BU Teaching Hospital.
Though the Minsters Initial plan was to visit Mantse Agbona to witness the state of Ghana’s first hotel, Seat View Hotel, she used that Opportunity to also pay a visit to the Korle-Bu Cancer Units as-well.
Speaking to the Nurses and Doctors on duty, she made it known that, she received a proposal from the unit not too long and she is planning for a better time to go visit them , but she only decided to pay them a visit at the time she was touring James Town and its environs.
