The Entertainment Should Bring To Light The People Plight—Ray Moni

The entertainment industry is a very power industry when it comes to getting the peoples'attention, entertaining and exposing important matters and the problem in every society, country or system whether the music, movie or art industry.

Ghana the entertainment seems to be mostly acting on only getting the peoples' attention but doing little to talk about their problems or highlight the corruption in the systems.

And it looks like the young entrepreneur and CEO of Phizile Entertainment, Ray Moni, has the same sentiments about the entertainment industry when spoke to him.

Talking about the role of the entertainment industry in the country and the life of the people ,this what he had to say;

"The Ghanaian entertainment industry over the years has done a lot to entertain the Ghanaian people, butI think they should do more by highlighting theperson'splight and get the people in office to tackle them.

I mean the political, religious leader and developers to know the struggles and what the people are really going through their songs, movies and artwork.

Some celebrities in the past have done their best to talk about the people’s plight which I commend but more can be done to bring to help the people

He also added,
I understand the entertainers are meant to entertain, but it will be very hard to entertain people with a lot of with problems on their mind, so if they can do something about the person'splight so their problems are solved it will help a lot

And even when the peoples' problems resolved and money flowing in the system people can buy their show tickets, attend more shows, buy more movies and invest more in the entertainment industry So at the end is a win win situation for the people and entertainers if the they start talking and acting out the peoples plight"
