Legendary Ghanaian musician Rex Owusu Marfo known in showbiz circles as Rex Omar has refuted claims tagging him as a highlife artiste. Speaking to Kojo Akoto Boateng, host of Saturday live on accra based Citi FM ,He asserted that most music lovers and entertainment critics mistake him as a highlife artiste, he opined that he feels more associated to the afro pop genre. The award winning musician highlighted his style of music as a fusion of jazz,highlife, afro pop,bosoɛ and funk.
