Actor Van Vicker has explained why he cried when he was being interviewed at the Dumsor Must Stop Vigil walk held last Saturday from the Legon Bridge to the Tetteh Quarshie Interchange.

The actor who couldn’t stop tears running down his cheeks expressed his frustrations and disappointments in the government’s inability to solve the current power crisis.

To explain his action, the actor in a message on his social media page has explained to all his fans and the general public that he cried at the vigil because he don’t see why accidents are caused as result of dumsor.

“I cried @the vigil Bcos I dont see why there has 2be an accident because the traffic light doesnt work. #DumsorMustStop #TheYoungGodFather ” he stated.

The vigil led by Actress Yvonne Nelson and her co stars started with a peaceful procession from the Legon overhead bridge through streets; with the celebrities and their fans holding candles, torchlight, placards, fridge and lanterns expressing their concerns and sentiments about the situation.

The peaceful vigil, even though in the absence of two of the top most organizers, rapper Sarkodie and Actress Lydia Forson ended successfully at the park near the Tetteh Quarshie Interchange in Accra with an impressive turnout.
