Reggae musician, Blakk Rasta, has released a new danceable single titled 'Serwaa Akoto'. The song is a cover of the popular 'Serwaa Akoto' song originally made about four decades ago by legendary highlife musician, Yamoah.
According to the controversial presenter, his inspiration was taken from his 65- year-old father who played it regularly while the musician was growing up.
Also, the beauty of the lyrics caught his attention and inspired him to perform the cover in a 'Kuchoko' rhythm style.
The single, produced by one of Ghana's top sound engineers, Zapp Mallet, is already enjoying massive airplay.
Blakk Rasta is the host of the controversial Taxi Driver Show on Hitz FM.
