The Accra International Conference Centre on Saturday, March 28, 2015 witnessed the gathering of highlife music lovers, industry players and the likes for the maiden edition of Citi fm's MOGO Awards.
Powered by Citi fm, and with great support from ADB, NLA, Kasapreko Airforce Bitters, among other sponsors, the ceremony started at 9:51 pm, Bernard Koku Avle was the MC on the night. The award ceremony also saw thrilling, exciting and evergreen performances from Pat Thomas, Nana Asaase, the Ramblers band, Paapa Yankson, Nana Ampadu, Samuel Owusu, Adane Best,
MOGO has been running for nine years now and it is basically aimed at celebrating authentic highlife music. Paapa Kofi Yankson, Pat Thomas, Kofi Sammy, and AB Crentsil were honoured with Lifetime Achievement Award respectively.
