Well it seems not only ladies or women have that particular attention to how their body should be but men have also welcomed that idea.

It may seem funny, but my dear ladies, our men currently do not take pride in having a pot in their bellies; which in the past was seen as a symbol of wealth and luxury.

Today most single ladies to their potential husbands and married women to their husbands, would expect their man to have a well built body; referring to a man with six packs, flat stomach and some upper body muscle to show off.

However, some male Ghanaian celebrities take utmost pride and joy in having such a beautiful body hence do not hesitate in showing off their muscular muscles to their fans be it on set or at the beaches.
