New artistes aiming to reach the top keep popping up all the time and one hopeful of making a big impact on the music scene is GACHIOS born Konu Stephen. Rapper, singer, songwriter and sound engineer.

Emerging artist GACHIOS, can be described as a multitalented art whose music is a fusion of Highlife, Hip life, Hip Pop and Azonto. He has worked with various acts like Praye Tintin (kente soul), Double, Tulyfz and Secure. His musical influence is Akon, R & B and Hip Hop music style and record producer.

GACHIOS is confident and believes that his artistry will soar to the height of great musicianship gaining him popularity here in Ghana and the International music scene.

He is set to release his debut single within the first quarter of the year, however his mix tapes are available and can be listened to and shared for free on the following social platforms: Reverbnation, YouTube, SoundCloud, HulkShare, Facebook, Twitter, etc. The yet to be released single titled “Dumsor” shares light on the plight of Ghanaians as we are faced with unpleasant energy crisis thus the term “Dumsor” in Twi a local dialect in Ghana meaning “On and Off” .

Born in Tarkwa, western region of Ghana, GACHIOS moved to Accra all by himself in pursuit of his dreams. He currently resides in Spintex where he has a state of the art home studio to his name. “Given my drive and determination, I know I will definitely come off as a successful act.” GACHIOS says about himself.
