YFM Partners SDC “Payback” Concert—Samini, Sonni Bali, Others To Rock DC January 3

Come this Saturday January 3, 2015, all is set for the Dansoman “PayBack” Concert as home artistes will converge at one location to rock fans in what they have declared “PayBack” time for their hood.

These celebrated artistes are giving back to society in appreciation of the support DC people have given them throughout their music career.

Sponsored by Kasapreko Air-Force Bitters, the “PayBack” Concert is organized by YFM and Dansoman Community.

The event comes-off at the Dansoman Liberty Park 7:00pm prompt with artistes such as Samini, Sonni Bali, Trigmatic, Kaakie, Tic Tac, Raquel and Tinny are all on the bill to perform during the night. At least over 20 artistes, both known and underground, are expected to rock patrons of the event come Saturday.

According to organizers, the rationale behind the concert is to give these celebrated Ghanaian artistes emanating from Dansoman a platform to show their appreciation to the society. “We are giving them a platform to thank their home-based fans for their support,” PY Addo Boateng, Event Manager for YFMsaid.

Organizers promised the event will definitely live up to its expectation as the artistes billed for the night will not disappoint but rather wow patrons with good tunes. This event will certainly put DC on the Ghanaian music map again come 2015.

The community has produced numerous Ghanaian talents including Samini, Ex-Doe, Tic Tac, Shatta Wale, SonniBalli, Kaakie and many others.

DC became the hub of good music in Ghana with artistes originating from the community playing a vital role projecting the locality through their amazing talent exhibition on all the big event shows across the country.
