Sensational dancehall heavyweight Vybrant Faya will stage his most anticipated first ever-live show since the release of his club banger Mampi. The 'mampi' single after it's release has received massive patronage on the international scene including high profile endorsements in Jamaica.

On Saturday 27th December, all road lead to the Alajo High Street for the official shutdown concert of the year. The concert promises to be exciting as it provides a good point of contact with the real fans of the dancehall genre.

Vybrant Faya is a new dancehall musician who shot to the limelight after the release of his single Mampi in mid 2014. The song took over the airwaves in Ghana and other countries like Germany, London, USA and Jamaica. With the huge acceptance of the song in these countries - particularly the endorsements it got from dancehall big shots in Jamaica, gave the management the needed inspiration to stage this record breaking concert.

The song is the only African song on DJ Treasure's 2014 dancehall mixtape Vol 1 compiled in Jamaica.

The main purpose of the concert is to give his fans in the ghettos a feel of their star, D'Mampi General and interact with them ahead of major projects coming up in 2015. To Vybrant Faya, this concert is very important to him, as it will enable him to showcase to the people his energy on stage, displaying to his fans what his name stands for. He promised to bring pure fire on stage and stressed that since his brand is people based he is inviting his fans across board in Nima, Mamobi, Alajo, Fadama, Sukura, Abeka, Adabraka, Tema, Ashaiman, Dansoman and all over the country to come, have fun and dance to real dancehall music. When asked to confirm rumors that he is a virgin, the fine looking gentleman only smiled. He rather went ahead to explain that the word 'Mampi' refers to curvy ladies in our society who are usually shunned when it comes to the issues of real beauty and therefore will celebrate all those beautiful African curvy women on the night. Vybrant Faya is here to give real energetic entertainment with dancehall music.

Performing on the night will be other strong dancehall heavy weights like Iwan, AK Songstress, Ras Kuuku, Konkarah, Sean Taylor, Rudeboy Ranking, Osagyefo, Luther and many others. MCs include Mr Logic and Joni Blaze.

Video Premiere
“Vybrant Faya is poised to make a statement in the dancehall fraternity. The fans have been yearning for the mampi music video and that's exactly what we are going to give them” as stated by Mr Kelly Mensah, Communications Consultant for SMF, the management label of Vybrant Faya.

The video will be premiered this month in Ghana and around the world on Youtube, Channel O and MTV Base so the fans should watch out.

Without disclosing the budget, Kelly said the video was shot in South Africa by one of Africa's best video directors and is sure it would take the dancehall world by storm. Expert's who reviewed the video have tipped it as a good production capable of winning some local and international awards next year, especially in the dancehall related categories. Kelly reiterated.
