Super talented Ghanaian hip-hop artist, Peekei has over the weekend shot a “high budget” video for his “Akwaaba” single currently bursting airwaves in the capital.
The video shot on locations in Lusaka, Nairobi, Cape Townand the Wheel Story House in Accra by Clock Work Productions will be premiered by Akwaaba UK during their welcome party. Akwaaba has been adopted by the annual Christmas parties host Akwaaba UK as the official Christmas party song to receive Ghanaians coming home from the diaspora to celebrate Christmas.
The “AKWABA” video will portray an African Prince being welcomedhome after touring the world in search ofhis true self.
Admired by his peers in the Ghana hip- hop fraternity, Peekei has contributed to the success of many rappers in Ghana, and Akwaaba is his first solo track.
