NIGERIA'S JACQUELINE ILUMOKA WINS MISS BLACKAFRICA UK 2014 TITLE

20 year old University Student, Jacqueline Ilumoka from Nigeria, has been crowned Miss Black Africa UK 2014. She beat 21 other contestants to win the crown. The event took place on Saturday, the 4th of October 2014 at the Royal Regency Hall, London. The sold out event was hosted by ace comedian and Actor, Lateef Lovejoy and Miss Black Africa UK 2011, Ruvimbo Chinzou.

Joanitha Ntangeki of Tanzania was 1st Runner up and Samrawit Tesema of Ethiopia was 2nd Runner up. The 20 year old undergraduate will now assume the responsibility of Ambassador of the Miss Black Africa - Queens4Africa project.

The judging Panel was made up of the host of the Sporah Show, Sporah Njau(Tanzania), Director of Miss China - Bin Zhang (China), Founder of the 'Against All Odds Charity', Fikelephi Jackson(Zimbabwe), Founder of Positive Runway: Global Catwalk, Justina Mutale (Zambia).

Entertainment on the night were from Dejhavu who had collaborated with the Late 'Dagrin' on the track 'Wey Dem Dey' and New Afrobeat Sensations, 'Sweetboyz'.
