Vodafone Announces Recording Contracts For All Top Three Finalists Of Icons Remix

Accra, 15th September, 2014 – For the first time in the history of the country's top-rated music reality show, Vodafone Icons, all the top three finalists will enjoy recording contracts and cash prizes.

This year, the Vodafone Icons Remix edition winner will walk away with a brand new Nissan Qashqai, a recording deal and Vodafone branded souvenirs; the first and second runners-up will also receive lucrative recording deals, cash and souvenirs - all worth Ghc 265,000.00.

The Chief Marketing Officer of Vodafone Ghana, Agnes Essah commented: “This year's exciting prize package is aimed at supporting the finalists in their quest to become the next big thing in the Ghanaian music industry.”

She added: “The prize package also underpins our commitment to empower young people in the country to achieve their dreams, and our contribution towards skills development for the youth.”
