Television Awards Release Nominations For Most Popular TV Show Category

Nominations for the most popular TV show category of the first ever television awards have being released by organizers of the event.

Organizers explain that the nominees for the most popular awards category were nominated by the various TV station.

'The TV stations nominated their own popular TV show and hosts who they think deem fit to win the top most awards', a member from the organizers noted.

The popular awards category are out ahead of the industry ones because those awards are for the public to decide hence this is to give viewers enough time to make their judgment by way of vote.

With regards to the industry ones, those nominations demands some technicalities hence it calls for proper in-depth scrutiny by the faculty members; therefore the faculty are sitting on it to make sure the very best comes out.

• UTV – Kokooko

• Viasat 1- This Morning

• Adom TV- Me Mpesuaso

• Cine Afrik – Premier

• TV Africa – The Rundown

• HomebaseTv – MallamTanko show

• Ghone - Rhythms

• ETV – Friday night with Foster

To match the TV shows, organizers have also released the full list of nominations for the most popular TV show host category.

The lists are Nana AmaAnamoah of TV3, KokuiSelormey of Viasat 1, Ghone's Amanda Gyasi, Adom TV's Nana YaaBrefuo and Cine Afrik'sSelly Galley. The rest are Homebase TV's mallamTanko and TV Africa's NiiTeikoTagoe
