Organizers of the Vodafone ICONS music reality show say the search for singing superstars for this year's event will kick off in Kumasi on Saturday, August 23.
Dubbed 'Vodafone Icons Remix' edition, organisers will hold auditions at the Golden Tulip Hotel, to give music lovers in the Garden City and its surrounding communities the opportunity to be part of the reality show.
Vodafone said in statement that, this year's show is opened to persons from ages of 18 to 30.
Apart from the auditions at the Golden Tulip Hotel, interested contestants can also audition online by submitting a video - not exceeding three minutes and size not exceeding 50MB - at www.icons.com.
The 2013 edition of the reality show dubbed Vodafone ICONS Street Edition was won by Ryan Henry Korsah.
He took home a prize package of GH¢250,000. The package included, a cash prize of GH¢50,000, a recording contract with Universal Records, a management contract, and a brand new a KIA Sportage.
